Here are the details you'll need to set up our email services in your email client.

Standard Mail Accounts:

Type: IMAP
Incoming server:
Outgoing server:
Outgoing authentication: Yes (same details as incoming)
IMAP Port: 993
IMAP Security: SSL/TLS
SMTP Port: 465
SMTP Security: SSL/TLS
Username: Full email address
Encryption: None

Microsoft 365 Accounts:

In most cases, in Outlook for example, you will only need the email address and password to set up Microsoft 365 accounts. Settings below may be required for older devices or special uses.

Username: Full email address
Account type: Exchange or Active sync
Domain: leave blank
