PC Repair and Servicing
We're able to repair your laptop or desktop PC and keep it running smoothly with an excellent standard of service.
Turn-around times are usually around 2 days but we'll always try to do your job sooner. We have an online job monitoring system so you can see what's been done as it goes.
Sorry, we don't repair phones.

Prices
Prices are quoted for each job. We have a £20 inspection fee which for simple jobs will be all you pay. It it's going to be more, we'll always let you know first.

What's next?
we don't take bookings we just operate a queue so you can bring your computer in any time that suits you and we'll let you know when it's ready. Typical turn around time is 2-3 days but it can vary at busy times.
For collect and return services we'll book a specific appointment day and time with you to visit then arrange another once the work is done - just give us a call on 01653 694500 to arrange.
For laptops, all-in-one units and tablets we just need the device along with it's power cable. For desktop PC's with a separate tower we need the tower unit only (not cables, keyboard, monitor etc). We will also need to know any passwords to access your device.
